James Harris

Director of Operations

With over 20 years of experience leading operations for small and medium size companies. James provides the operational leadership for all DEFTEC contracts and personnel. He spent almost thirteen years at Salient CRGT serving as a Director of Operations for all Information Technology contracts within the Defense and Intelligence Group. His experience includes managing over 150 cleared personnel on a variety of programs predominately supporting the United States Air Force, Army, and Navy.
